Spaghetti with nuts

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 grams of spaghetti
- 125 grams of nuts (such as peeled walnuts, peeled hazelnuts, pine nuts, etc.)
- butter
- oil
- salt
- grated Parmesan cheese
- milk
- pepper


While the pasta is cooking in a deep saucepan with abundant
water, salt and a spoonful of oil, prepare the sauce.

Grind the nuts in a mortar until they are powder. Mix in 2 spoonfuls of butter, a splash of milk and a pinch of pepper until you have a smooth paste.

When the spaghetti is al dente, drain well and place on a serving dish. Add the nut paste, mix with wooden spatulas, sprinkle on the grated cheese and serve very hot.
