Spiced Hazelnuts
Ingredients:
4 cups hazelnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cloves
1 egg white slightly beaten
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Toss hazelnuts in the egg white.
Place the dry ingredients in a paper bag and mix.
Put the nuts in the spce bag and shake the bag to coat the nuts.
Remove excess spices and place the nuts on a baking tray.
Bake in a slow oven for about 20 minutes.
Serves 15.
